How do I submit Isolates for PFGE Typing?

To submit an isolate for processing, you will need to send in a paper copy of the submission form for your isolates. This can be done by printing the completed form via your web browser. Isolates can NOT be processed without a paper copy of this form.

All submitted isolates need to be pure cultures; should be submitted on a plate or an agar slant. Please remember to provide us with the genus, and ideally the species

Note: If the culture you are sending needs special culturing conditions (i.e. unusual media or temperature to grow), please notify us ahead of time so the proper arrangements can be made. All samples should be shipped in accordance with Biohazard shipping regulations to:
